Light Fabrication

We have a 5' x 12' CNC router table as well as a 4' x 8' CNC laser table allowing us to cut and machine a variety of materials including but not limited to aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, acrylic, lexan, brass, copper, plastics, and wood. Our laser is also capable of cutting steel and aluminum pipe within strict tolerences.

We weld steel and aluminum and have a licensed engineer on staff to provide wind-loading and structural calculations. We also have a material roller capable of rolling a variety of aluminum stock including channel, flatbar, tubing, and pipe.

Our 3D modeling software allows us to model sheet metal parts in 3 dimensions and create a flat pattern file to output to our CNC equipment.  The software calculates bend deductions for specific materials allowing us to form parts on a CNC break with extreme precision.
